        <link>http://musicip.philosophicalzombie.net/document.php?id=119</link>
        <description>
        This is a pleasant mixture of several different types of music, anchored by
Chris Botti's La Belle Dame Sans Regret from his When I Fall in Love CD.
It's got a nice blend of vocals and instrumentals. Hope you enjoy it.

        <title>Gclectic - Forever Broadway</title>
        <link>http://musicip.philosophicalzombie.net/document.php?id=112</link>
        <description>
        This mix is all about classic Broadway style, and seems to capture it
pretty well. If your collection includes some great old shows which always
seem to get skipped over, this is the mix for you. If you haven't got any
show tunes, maybe it'll still manage to find a couple of rousing choral
numbers for you.

        <title>Jay - Porn Grooves</title>
        <link>http://musicip.philosophicalzombie.net/document.php?id=111</link>
        <description>
        I've been unable to get onto the Internet for a while, but now I am back.
To celebrate the fact here's a mood I've put together based on a couple of
free albums of porn grooves I found online, Wakka Chikka Wakka Chikka and
Rated X.

N.B. If you intend to use the resultant music as the title suggests¹, do
be sure to lock the door.

¹Not actually recommended, unless you and your intended have both a dry
sense of humour and an ability to focus on the task in hand in the face of
aural adversity.

slightly annoying dance song.

        <link>http://musicip.philosophicalzombie.net/document.php?id=107</link>
        <description>
        This was based on the soundtrack to the film The Proposition (please see
earlier statements regarding the lovely Nick Cave). It should come up with
nice, acoustic guitar and strings numbers. With fingerpicking if you are
lucky. Not neccessarily quite songs, but nice.

        <description>
        I was thinking - I like 'Black Betty' by Ram Jam. So this is what happened.
It SHOULD come up with rock stuff you can dance to. Not my fault if it
doesn't!

        <title>Possible to share song ratings?</title>
        <link>http://musicip.philosophicalzombie.net/document.php?id=101</link>
        <description>
        I started to discuss this in the MusicIP forum but decided that this
community might be a little more ahead of the curve by the looks of things.
I have been looking for a way to share song ratings via an online database
for quite some time now. Imagine being able to use an average of everyone's
rating for a song in order to get your songs rated automatically. If one
didn't agree with a rating, one could jsut change it manually...overriding
whatever was automatically done permanantly as well as submitting their
rating to that online database at the same time. I just haven't been able
to find anyone trying to do this as of yet. I would gladly beta test or
help however I can if anyone wanted to start an ambitious project such as
this. Thanks!

        <title>Jay - Moore Like Dud</title>
        <link>http://musicip.philosophicalzombie.net/document.php?id=100</link>
        <description>
        Based on an album of Dudley Moore's jazz piano trio. Treat it as a
(re-)introduction to his sound if interested in hearing his work beyond the
comic genius, or use it when you want to hear something light but upbeat.

        <title>Jay - Double Dash!!</title>
        <link>http://musicip.philosophicalzombie.net/document.php?id=99</link>
        <description>
        Based on the music from 'Mario Karts: Double Dash!!' for Nintendo GameCube.
Kyra and I have been trying to beat it for ages and have grown tired of the
music provided, so decided to create a moodfile based on its soundtrack to
drive to instead.

We were expecting a quirky j-pop sound, but results have been surprising.

        <title>Book List: John Ringo</title>
        <link>http://musicip.philosophicalzombie.net/document.php?id=98</link>
        <description>
        The &quot;book list&quot; series will attempt to create the mood for
reading a particular author's works by starting with that author's own
&quot;music to read by&quot; lists. In the case of John Ringo, these songs
are actually the favorite works of the book's characters, as described in
the appendix of &quot;When the Devil Dances&quot;. I'm not sure it
reflects the biting edge that the series really demands, but it makes an
interesting experiment.

        <title>Wild Melody</title>
        <link>http://musicip.philosophicalzombie.net/document.php?id=97</link>
        <description>
        Whether you are working in the office or trying to head off to sleep, this
mood tries to ease your way by dispensing with the lyrics and giving you
clean melodic instrumentals. Don't expect pure new-age, though. It'll
give you celtic, classical, bluegrass, ragtime, and maybe even a few
__real__ surprises.

        This is a straightforward exercise mood. It's all about getting the heart
beating and making sure that you have fun in the process. Pump up the
volume; pump up the adrenaline; and let's burn off some calories.

        <link>http://musicip.philosophicalzombie.net/document.php?id=95</link>
        <description>
        This mood tends towards rock and folk with clear meaningful lyrics and just
a bit of &quot;edge&quot;. Expect a few jazzy instrumentals thrown in for
good measure. No grunge or easy listening here, but the lyrics are going
to cover a lot of ground.
